In this page we would like to provide you all the information needed for a pleasant and safe stay at our location.
CHECKING IN
Self check-in
You can easily complete the check-in anytime before your arrival following this link:
This is a mandatory requirement of the Villach municipality, so please take a couple of minutes to complete it.
If you have already registered your personal data on the government website, you will not need to show them again in person. Therefore you can check-in at the apartment at any time after 15:00. If an early check-in is needed, please contact us and we will see if we can arrange that for you.
How to enter the apartment
The apartment is located at Ringmauergasse 17, Villach (“Uniqa building”).
To open the main entrance door of the building you just need to ring once at this number: +4369010565906 . After a few seconds from the end of the call the door will open. Inside the flat you will find the key to open the main door and the garage door without having to ring again during your stay.
Use the passcode provided on the keypad, followed by the return button. A green light on the door handle will confirm that the code is entered correctly, else you will see a red light. Notice that the code is only valid during your stay, and will stop working at 11:00 of your departure date (unless late check out is requested).

PARKING
Garage access
If you are coming by car and would like to use the private parking, you will find the garage key in the flat. The key can be used to open both the garage and the main building door, as well as the outdoor lift.
The garage entrance is usually open weekdays until 16:00, then you will always need the key to open the gate.
The parking place available for you during the stay is number 28, do not use other parking spots as it may incur you in unwanted fines.
Please note that the parking spot fits well a car the size of a VW Golf. If your vehicle is too big, you could alternatively park just outside the building (1.20€ per hour from 8.00 – 18.00 weekdays, free on Sunday), or at a free outdoor parking area at about 5 minutes walking distance from the building:

Departure
Check-out time is 11:00, a late check out would be happily offered upon request but cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the flat cleaning schedule.
Before you leave please make sure to put back the key where you found it, and do not forget to leave the money in cash for the city tax, which is currently set at 2.7€ per night per person (children under 18 are exempted).
